This bright and spacious meeting room is ideal for welcoming your colleagues and clients and organizing all your professional events: business meetings, training, conferences, presentations, seminars, cocktails, etc. From 18 seated guests to 30 standing guests can be accommodated in this air-conditioned room. A video projector, a flipchart, pens and water bottles as well as a WiFi connection will be at your disposal on site. You can access it in just 15 minutes by car from Agen via D813 or N21 and park in the hotel's free parking. The minimum rental period for the workspace is half a day. Additionally, it is possible to reserve delicious catering options for lunch (prepared by a caterer) to delight you and facilitate the organization of your study day. Take advantage of it!
